Current manufacturing footprint
The Shanghai Core Factory supports full-service custom packaging; the China Affiliated Factory in Huai'an, Jiangsu focuses on paper tubes and paper cylinders. The Vietnam Core Factory supports full-service custom paper packaging, and the Vietnam Affiliated Molded Pulp Factory focuses on molded pulp, bagasse and bamboo-fiber protective inserts and trays. These roles help a buyer discuss structure and material choices without assuming every facility performs every process.
Procurement starting points
The standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces. Sample lead time is 24–48 hours, while production is typically 2–5 weeks. Specifications, approvals and production requirements can affect a project schedule.
