HC Packaging is a B2B custom packaging manufacturer and supplier. By using the Website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Website for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with Website operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use Website content in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms.

2. B2B Inquiries and Custom Quotations

The Website is intended for business inquiries. Information provided through an inquiry or Request a Quote form is used to evaluate your requirements and communicate with you. A quotation is an invitation to discuss a potential transaction; it is not an order confirmation or a binding commitment unless and until HC Packaging confirms the order in writing.

3. MOQ, Samples, and Specifications

Minimum order quantities (MOQ), sample availability, pricing, product specifications, tooling, and other commercial details depend on the requested product and will be stated or discussed in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Samples may differ from later production items because custom materials, printing, finishes, and production conditions can vary.

4. Artwork and Customer-Supplied Files

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful use of all artwork, logos, specifications, files, and other materials you provide. By submitting them, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for HC Packaging to use them solely to evaluate, sample, quote, manufacture, or deliver the requested products. We may request clarification or revised files where materials are incomplete or unsuitable for production.

5. Intellectual Property

The Website, its content, branding, text, images, and other materials are owned by or licensed to HC Packaging or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right, title, or license is granted except as expressly stated. Customer-supplied materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

6. Product Specifications, Color, and Material Variations

Product images, descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, and finishes on the Website are for general reference. Custom packaging is subject to manufacturing tolerances and reasonable variations in color, texture, material availability, printing, finishing, and display conditions. Final specifications are those confirmed for the applicable order.

7. Production and Lead Times

Production schedules and lead times are estimates unless confirmed in writing for a specific order. They may depend on artwork approval, material availability, order details, production capacity, shipping arrangements, and other factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Shipping

Shipping methods, delivery terms, freight costs, customs responsibilities, insurance, and transit times, where applicable, are addressed in the quotation, order confirmation, or separate agreement. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Payment Terms and Order Confirmation

Payment terms, prices, taxes, deposits, and any other commercial terms are determined for each order and will be set out in the relevant quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order acceptance, or order confirmation. No order is accepted until confirmed by HC Packaging in writing.

10. Changes and Cancellations

Requested changes or cancellations are subject to written agreement and may affect price, lead time, materials, tooling, or work already performed. Custom work may not be capable of change or cancellation after materials have been ordered, artwork has been approved, or production has started.

11. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate requirements, timely approvals, correct shipping and billing information, and any permissions needed for supplied materials. You must promptly review quotations, samples, proofs, and order confirmations before approving them.

12. Website Content and Third-Party Services

We aim to keep Website content current, but it may contain errors, omissions, or information that changes without notice. The Website may link to third-party services or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HC Packaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Website use or reliance on Website content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not replace the terms of any written quotation, order confirmation, or other agreement between the parties.
