BUYER GUIDANCE
Show how much of the chain should be visible and where any pendant and clasp should sit. Measure the overall length, width and height of that arrangement, including raised details. State whether one necklace or multiple items will be placed in the box so the proposed layout can be reviewed.
Mark where you want the chain and pendant positioned and describe how the necklace should be lifted out. If excess chain needs separate space, include that request in the brief. Holding points, interior construction and any separation requirements are confirmed for the selected product.
